What is the fastest way to get to the top of a class in Visual Studio

If I edit deep inside the body of the class, then no matter how fast (that is, with the least number of keyboard shortcuts) the way to go to the beginning of the class declaration (line containing "class ClassName"

Press Ctrl + F2 to go to the navigation bar, and then press enter to select the class that is currently focused.

If for some perverse reason you prefer to use the mouse, you can select the list of functions in the upper right corner, and then simply select "Ads"; which should lead you to the top of the class definition. At least this works for me in VS2005 ...

Bookmark all of your class methods / declarations. Then use ( Ctrl + K , Ctrl + N ) for the next bookmark, ( Ctrl + K , Ctrl + P ) for the previous bookmark. Then you can just skip them a little. Works great for me. Or use Ctrl + Home to bring you to the very top of the document.
