App.Current.MainWindow changes when another dialog starts?

I start a new dialog from the MEF plugin when the application starts. Can someone explain why this changed App.Current.MainWindow to the dialog that was launched from the plugin? How can I prevent this?

Turns off App.Current.MainWindow installed in the first running window. I ran the plugin dialog in front of the main window.
