How to use the embedded image of a separate assembly?

there are many related questions / answers about what is in SO. I looked at some of them, but none matched.

An assembly (called a ResourceLoader) contains images as embedded resources .

I would like to use these photos in another assembly.

Looking at the msdn pack uri and seeing a lot of samples, I thought the following line would complete the task:

<Image Source="pack://application:,,,/ResourceLoader;component/Resource Files/Bitmaps/bmp20x20/Cancel.png" />

Guess what? This does not work! I checked the letter in the letter several times to make sure that there were no errors.

I tried with resource images and it worked. But I have to use the built-in resources ...

Who can give me the magic syntax? Thanks!

What is the build action installed on this resource ?. The assembly action must be a resource, not an embedded resource.
