Distribution of applications within the company - iPhone

I have big problems since I developed the application using the Enterprise license. But now I have to sell it to my customers, i.e. to my clients.

1. Is it legal to sell them directly through our Enterprise website? by providing them with a "distribution profile + .app". 2. Or is there any other way to distribute the application, for example, creating a .ipa file and selling it without providing a "distribution profile + .app". 3. or the apple also takes some share of the money.

Is there any other way to get the same thing using the App Store option.

Another request:

  • If I have a standard license and I want to save the application to the App Store, but only want customers specializing in a particular company to download the application? is it possible?
  • Is there any secure download in the App Store.
    Thnx amit

You can distribute your application for free on appStore, and only registered users can use it (when subscribing via the entreprise website)

IANAL, so do not consider it authoritative.

As I understand it, you CANNOT sell it to them through your enterprise website. What you can do is buy them an iPhone Enterprise license and manage their distribution profiles, and then provide them with a copy signed with their corporate account. This is no different from hiring a contractor to write an internal application, except for the one who has the actual source.

Having said that, you really need to talk with a lawyer and ask them to discuss various contracts, this is not a programming problem.
