Thoughts on asp.net mvc 2 preview 1

I am wondering what you think about the preview 1 release of asp.net mvc2 ? Especially about input assistants? Do you think they will do their job better than Eric Hexter input travelers ? F I am particularly interested in the creators of the input, because I do not know what to use in my next project, and the input collectors from mvc2 are the only function that matters to me.

I was a little disappointed - some wanted to see more new and powerful things.
But this is just a preview1 - maybe there is no reason to be.

Input constructors look pretty good, I can't say much more. ^^

Now I have changed my mind a bit. I just like RenderAction and Templates.

I was hoping to see simpler mechanisms for testing fully visualized views so you can

1) Make sure that the view is actually displayed without any null support exceptions or the like 2) The ability to perform xhtml validation on the displayed product

Area support can be useful for large volume applications.

Many of these features are already standard in other MVC environments, so I think it's very nice to see!

It looks like some interesting features, many of which are currently provided by third-party libraries. One that I don't see in real need is the new HttpPost attribute. I think I prefer the current mechanism [AcceptVerbs (HttpVerbs.Post)].

It looks like a natural progression and maturation of the frame. Many of these features are already standard in other MVC environments, so I think it's very nice to see!
