The moonlight situation is a bit more complicated. With mono, you only test clr methods against the standard. This is pretty easy.
Moonlight 1.0 is only a stable version and should be 100% compatible with Silverlight, XAML is covered, but of course there are some errors, the only comparison on this page is: http://go-mono.com/moonlight/MoonlightStatus.aspx .
Moonlight 2.0 is in beta testing, there is a clr part that can be checked with moma in accordance with the mono version on which it is based, because binary files are deleted only by the mono linker.
