How do you download your ASP.NET applications?

I'm not sure where to start when it comes to loading ASP.NET applications. My team does not use VSTS, so the option is missing. Does anyone have any good suggestions or experiences that they can share?

I used Microsoft a free stress tool for web applications. It allows you to record a browsing session and then play it back with multiple clients.

It looks like Microsoft pulled this application from the download center, but you can use this alternative download (7-Zip may be required for unpacking).
