EXIF Keyword Name Explanations

Does anyone know of a good explanation of EXIF key names? I am writing a photo organizer and I want to get as much information as possible from the photo.

However, EXIF key names are not very useful. For example, from what I can say (by exporting images from iPhoto)

album or set name is stored as “fixture_identifier” tags or keywords are stored as “keywords” or “subject”

And so on.

Does anyone have any valuable information in this area?

Here is a list of EXIF tags:

The fact is that you cannot be sure that the camera or application will be placed in each, so you will have to create code to handle these angular cases (where tags or keywords are either in the keywords or in the subject).

In addition, there are special manufacturer tags, as you can see in the id tag 0x927c, which you must also process specially.
