What is the best reference material for custom WPF controls

I am currently developing VB.NET 2008, winforms; but within 18 months will switch to WPF (better or worse). I have had great success using Matthew MacDonald's book "Pro.NET 2.0 Windows Forms and Custom Controls in VB 2005". This is a great recommendation, fully focused on developing custom window controls. (Many of the controls that I use must have a very specific user interface appearance, so they become normal.)

I am looking for almost the same thing, except focused on WPF.

MacDonald has a new book going to WPF in general, but not to user controls.

Books are my preferred reference materials, but any good web links would also be appreciated.

Any suggestions?

I have Pro WPF with C # 2008 from MacDonald, and this is an amazingly good link to controls, templates and styling. On more than 1000 pages, this is truly meaty work; You can be sure that there is enough material in the control. There are no books devoted solely to WPF controls (which I know) simply because managing development in WPF is much simpler than managing development in WinForms. If you have the mastery of templates and styles, you can do so much with basic controls that are virtually unnecessary for custom controls.
