Publication on the wall of the Facebook page (fan)

Question

I have a blog (wordpress) and a facebook fan page for my blog (with more than 1 fan!). I would like to post on my FB wall, every time I post something on my blog. Preferably PHP.

The same question has already been asked here , but this question is not going anywhere. The question starts in March, but Facebook has updated its API since then. The FB documentation provides three different ways to post to the wall, but I cannot figure out which one is the easiest / best.

Does anyone have a link to a full tutorial or short walk how to do this?

(I currently have a Ping.fm application setup that retrieves its data from twitterfeed. The downside is that the links are shortened, and Facebook cannot get the first image and the full title.)

Why not use the standard Import Sites feature, which reads your blog’s RSS feed? Go to it with Wall → Options (below), select "Settings" → Blog / RSS in the "Imported Sites" section.
