Where do these points come from? How to get rid of them?

In my life, I do not know when and how these “points” began to appear in my IDE. I'm not sure if this is Visual Studio OR Code Rush from DevExpress that does this.

If anyone knows how to make them leave, please help! =)

These dots represent white space characters. You will also see small arrows for tabs and small hooks for carriage return.

Press CTRL + R + W to switch the points that you see.

By the way, this is a standard feature of Visual Studio. It has nothing to do with CodeRush or any other plugin.

EDIT . As Martin points out, you can press CTRL + R , then CTRL + W. Personally, I press the CTRL key, then hold down the R and W. keys. This prints less.
