PHP + POST HTML form inside iFrame and parent redirection

Question

I am wondering if the following can be done: have an iFrame inside the HTML page. Inside iFrame, I have a Pay with PayPal button. When this button is clicked and therefore the HTML form is sent to PayPal, I want the parent page to be redirected to PayPal, and not just to iFrame. Is it possible?
