Attempting to create a Provisioning Enterprise profile - Distribution tab missing

I am trying to create a Provisioning Enterprise profile, but the program portal does not work as I expect (based on documentation). Here is what I see:

First, I log in as a group agent.

Secondly, I proceed to the Provisioning section of the program portal.

In accordance with the documentation, I should see 4 tabs at this stage: "Development, distribution, history, how." But when I do this, the Distribution tab is not. And without the Distribution tab, I cannot create a Provisioning Enterprise profile (or Ad Hoc, for that matter).

I tried contacting Apple for administrative support, but they could not help with this. They suggested that I try the forum. :-)

Just to fill out a few details: my company has a company membership in the developer program. And when I go to the "Certificates" section, there is a "Distribution" tab.

I suppose there must be something that I did wrong. Has anyone had a similar experience? Any suggestions on what to do next?

I had the same problem. In my case, and I think the same thing with you, it is that I was an account administrator, not an Agent. Only agents can create distribution certificates and Provisioning files. Hope this works for you too.
