I know that the equivalent of Sql Int16 is equal to SqlInt16.

But what is the Sql equivalent of UInt16, UInt32 and Uint64?

With the exception of tinyint, the SQL server does not have its own unsigned types, so there is no good equivalent. The best you can do is use a larger number of precision and add a limit on the valid values.
