Decimal separator in Sql Server 2008

What do I need to change on Sql Server in order to be able to store values ​​in the form of " 2.1 " in a decimal field? Right now I should have points like " 2.1 ".

I have a Finnish_Swedish_CI_AS mapping in the database, but it doesn't seem to be so ... I also looked for regional settings on the server, but without success. I know that I managed to change this before.

In security mode, your login properties, set the default language to Finnish or Swedish. Although I would prefer to format the values ​​to the English standard and set the default language to English - this way the data storage does not depend on the regional settings of the client.
