IPhone Product Name

Question

I am having a problem setting Xetode-> Project-> Edit Active Target "projectname"

I am trying to set the "Product Name" as "My Application", but when the application starts on the device. I get an error because an illegal character is present in the product name.

I even tried with - and _ (My-App, My_App), but none of them work.

However, it works great in a simulator.

What could be the reason?

By default, Xcode uses the product name as part of the Bundle identifier. The "package identifier" must comply with the rules of the URL and consist only of characters allowed in the URLs. Legal symbols are letters, numbers, "-", ".". In short, remove the space in "Bundle identifier": "MyApp".
