How does * Powerbuilder POST work?

Unfortunately, the search for "Sybase Post" does not give me the answers I am looking for.

I want to know what the actual POST function is

As in

.. procedure lala POST procedure1() procedure2() 

I assume that in the above code, procedure procedure2 will execute before procedure1, which is great.

But when is it processed? After everything else is done? Why do you use POST and when does it fit? Can POST lose the context of the string and dw you are trying to process?

Any connection to the right Sybase Info source will be a grand, welcome word.
