VB6: turning on the control wheel

can someone tell me if there is an easy way to turn on the control wheel (at runtime)? I want to use the wheel to control the scroll as soon as the mouse is above them.

Karl E. Peterson shows how to make any control, respond to the mouse wheel in this good article in Visual Studio magazine, VB6 code, which you can simply add to your project .

One very simple way is to install VBScroll by Shahin Hasanov . This allows you to enable scrollbars in the VB6 IDE. Even if this is not what you mean by "run time", then it is worth having;)
