Sketch effect like google chrome website screenshot

Can someone show me how to make a sketch with the hover effect like google chrome website sketch. when you place the screenshot image on the website, a blue box with a pin will appear, and you will be able to navigate.

You can use the jQuery hover event to provide a highlight effect, call setTimeout inside it to bend the top bar a bit later, and call clearTimeout this timeout in unhover.

The jQuery user interface can be used to drag and drop; see here .

I don't know any existing code that will do this out of the box, but you can use the JQuery UI sortable to drag and drop a list of window elements (including images) onto this demo:
