How to clean my Android emulator from unwanted applications?

I still have unwanted apps in my menu in the Android emulator. Projects that have been deleted from the workspace are on the emulator. How to clean the emulator?

The easiest way is to simply start the emulator, go to settings -> applications . Then select unnecessary applications and uninstall them.

Alternatively, you can make adb -e shell while the emulator is running, find the .apk files in the file system (I think they are under / system / apps) and delete them manually.

One final solution is in Eclipse Android Plugin (ADT), go to the file manager, find the .apk files and delete them.

If you want to remove / remove unnecessary applications from the Android emulator, follow these steps:

  • Press and hold the application that you want to remove / remove from the emulator.
  • The main screen with the Delete option will be displayed at the top.
  • Drag the application to Uninstall , which it will remove from the emulator.

Refer to the image attached.

If you want to clear all aps in the emulator, you can click Wipe Data in AVD Manager

In Android Studio:

Tools -> Android -> AVD Manager

enter image description here

Delete button

Or in the console skip flag -wipe-data

eg.

emulator -avd Maly_2 -noaudio -netdelay 400 -netspeed gsm -wipe-data
