Windows Explorer Control

Possible duplicate: Paste an instance of File Explorer into a WinForms application form

I want my Windows Explorer management style in my form, so I can browse the directories for files and drag them to another section of my form, ideally with filters (e.g. * .mp3, etc.).

I can’t find anything that will do exactly the way I want. I found this:

http://hypercoder.com/?page_id=3

I did a drag and drop, but without documentation or examples, I cannot figure out how to double-click on directories in the file viewer and automatically update the tree.

It seems that this type of control should be used all the time! Does anyone know where I can find something that will work?

TIA

C # .NET 2009

You must first view the stack overflow. Just found this:

http://gong-shell.sourceforge.net/

and passed the test, it looks perfect!

Doesn't Winodws 7 provide you with one? The WindowsAPI Service Pack also gives you one thing - it works just like Windows Explorer, looks the same, accepts files and folders from external resources. Microsoft has done this, no doubt it's really good. Problem - I THINK it only works on Windows 7 ... Thumbs down :(

Anways, heres website: http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/WindowsAPICodePack Enjoy!

You can use the WebBrowser control, where you can call the Navigate () method on the folder path. If you call the Navigate () method of the WebBrowser control using the folder path, WebBrowser will behave just like in the Windows file explorer.

You can add a web browser control in your form. A web browser in C # can also work as a file manager if you provide a URI.

webBrowser1.Url = new System.Uri("C:\Users\User\Desktop");//here you put the destination.

I hope this helps you.
