How to programmatically scroll a control in Windows?

Question

I have some controls, such as TWebBrowser, TRichText, etc. that I want to scroll (horizontally and / or vertically) from my program.

How do I achieve this?

PS: I think this is doable by sending some messages to their descriptors, but I don't know which ones.

WM_VSCROLL and / or WM_HSCROLL . GetScrollInfo () to find out how far you can go.
