Finding an open source svg drawing application based on Java apache batik library

Can you recommend a free open source application, such as Inkscape, but written in Java based on the Apache batik library?

The Batik page has a list of projects using Batik , which, among other things, lists:

  • Sketsa is a batik-based drawing application. With Sketsa, you can create vector graphics that can be scaled and printed at any resolution without loss of detail or clarity.

This seems to be the only application, but not open-source.
