Are you aware of any serious bugs using PRISM?

I am considering a PRISM implementation in my next silverlight and WPF application.

I read a little about this and have already implemented several subfiles already in the projects. But I wanted to check with the community if there are any important issues that other developers have encountered when using the PRISM template, which I have to keep in mind for my future projects.

Dialogs - it was difficult for me to put really unblocked dialogs into my MVVM / Prism based application.
