How can I refrain from generating inappropriate words when auto-generating strings from the alphabet?

Is there a downloadable dictionary (essentially just a text file) that contains regular vows or other unacceptable words in different languages?

Reference Information. I am rewriting the Shortener URL (just a Proof of Concept app). In any case, there are enough abbreviations in the world), and for this I will convert numeric identifiers into strings for Base36 encoding. Just remove all the vowels (and Y) from your potential alphabet, then anyone who sees the abusive word should have an overactive imagination.
