Winform File Save Dialog - Override Localization

Question

My winform application user interface is in English. Localization support is not supported. When I use the OpenFileDialog dialog, it appears with the language as the hosted OS. I would like all the dialogs in my application to be in English, regardless of which language the OS is hosting.

I tried adding this to the top of my application:

Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentCulture = new System.Globalization.CultureInfo("en-US"); 

Unfortunately, this did not work.

Help someone?

Try installing Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentUICulture as well

CurrentUICulture is responsible for localization
