Even so, you will have to attach JavaScript evaluation tool (and not the drupal hard module) in the field on its own, since I am sure that FiveStars is intended only for working with nodes, and not for certain fields, especially for multi-group fields.
So, if you want to stick with the use of FiveStars and how it was developed (without rewriting it to work with individual fields / multi-groups), I’m sure that your only option is to split the subtitles into a separate type of content and link using nodermy.
