I am only returning to C ++ Bulder in a few years.
What is the best website for free VCL components?
The Jedi site is great, but my favorite is the Torry Delphi Page , which has many components and resources.

JVCL is the standard free VCL suite.
Torry is one of the main places you should look for free components. They have hundreds of them (you will need to be able to filter out old components and take another nipple with you).
I use Torry Delphi Pages a lot and the JVCL too, but for me the best components are Mike Lischke Soft Gems . There used to be a very beautiful library called LVK components, but it was intercepted by TwoDesk and has two licenses that you can use (for commercial and open source).
My vote is for LMD Tools . I use the free version all the time in my personal projects, and I used it in some commercial applications too. I played a little with the JVCL, but I don't find it almost as useful as the LMD Tools.
Delphi Super Page - not updated for years, but sometimes still useful.
