How can I control my winmo phone?

I am trying to find a way to control my winmo phone from my computer. (HTC S740)

I want to be able to call a number from the application, answer the phone from the application and hang up the phone from the application. He should also be able to keep track of how long the call lasted.

Any libraries that allow me to make such an application with C #?

(The phone is connected to the computer via usb in Windows 7.)

You can use RAPI to call functions on the device. You may need to write a wrapper.

You can look at the OpenNETCF library, which has many utilities for calling its own APIs that can help you, but I have not heard of any library to remotely control your phone.
