App_Browsers ignored

I am using the mobile browser file ( http://mdbf.codeplex.com/ ) for my ASP.NET MVC 2 application.

Locally, everything works fine with the VS 2010 web server: I use Firefox with the User Agent Switcher and it shows up as a mobile device.

However, when I download the application to the hosting provider, it no longer works.

Since this is a hosting provider, I can not "debug" a lot of things ...

Does anyone know if there are special permissions to be placed in the App_Browsers folder or anything that I can check?

It seems that if you delete the App_Browsers.dll file, the problem will be fixed.
