Render Silverlight Animation for a video file

I need to be able to display the silverlight storyboard animation for the video. The animated content itself can be simple UIElements, images, or even two or more videos at the same time.

Several ideas recalled how a RenderTargetBitmap is based on a single frame, but:

1) I have never tested this against the content embedded in the video

2) I do not know how to actually compose a video from the generated images.

The Expression Encoder was also in my mind, but I don’t know whether it is possible to integrate it into a Silverlight / XBAP application to fulfill what is expected of it.

What is your opinion on this?

Best of all, if you just need to capture such things, it would be to use the Expression Encoder 4 screen recording feature or a tool like TechSmith Camtasia.
