Is there a way to place images on an iPad simulator?
You can save images from Safari.
I do not think there is another (simpler) way.
if you drag from the OS to the simulator, it will upload the image to safari, where you can save it in a camera roll
I did this by writing a small ad application that contains the images I want, and then use the UIImageWriteToSavedPhotosAlbum API to save them from my package.
