How to wrap panel output in IntelliJ 9?

Question

I recently contacted IntelliJ, I love him.

How do I get panels like log output, IDETalk, etc. to wrap their contents?

IntelliJ is now on version 2016, and at least packaging is supported in this version.

Soft packaging for the editor and console is implemented in IDEA 10 ( ~~which has not yet been released~~ ). This is not possible in IDEA 9, sorry.
