Now you get a TFS license with every subscription level on MSDN.
Expression Studio is part of Premium and Ultimate, if you find this useful. The same goes for Office, Project, and Visio production licenses. If this is not important, or if you have other measures for them, then MSDN w / VS Professional might be better.
Premium seems to have a good balance between two extremes: most, if not all useful tools, but at a lower price than Ultimate.
