ILASM Orientation Platform for .NET Framework 4 2

Question

Question: I need to create using the ILASM.EXE , framework 2.0 assemblies.

So far I have seen fw 2 ilasm: create 2.0 assemblies. FW 4 ilasm, on the other hand: creates 4.0 assemblies.

I'm still cool.

Now I need to know: is there a way (possibly an argument) that you can use to create fw 4 ilasm to create fw 2 assemblies?

.NET 4 cannot focus on .NET 3.5 or .NET 2.0, so if you want to compile .NET 2.0 or 3.5 assemblies with Visual Studio 2010, you also need to install .NET 3.5.
