Mvn eclipse: eclipse inside Eclipse

I have a m2Eclipse plugin from Sonatype installed in my IDE. This allows me to run various maven commands (package, install, etc.) by right-clicking on the pom.xml file and going to the "Run as" menu.

However, I did not figure out how the mvn eclipse:eclipse equivalent of mvn eclipse:eclipse from within the IDE, is this possible?

Yup, when you right-click on a project in the Maven submenu, you have the Update Project Configuration command that does just that.
