I need to send some data to a different host name and was hoping to use the reverse proxy guide found here for IIS 7.5

I added the following code to my system.webserver file in the root of the web.config site

Can you combine the built-in rewrite module with MVC? I tried Google and did not find a direct answer. If I try to access the URL in the spell check path, I get a 404 response.
