I am looking for a MS-Office document for third-party .PDF software that does not create the need for my code to directly control COM. I am looking for a package that is native to .net. I have already considered the following:
http://www.cete.com/
http://www.pdfonline.com
Are there any other SDKs that you know of that can meet my needs?
If a software package runs COM on it, this is normal. I just don't want to perform any operations against COM in my code. I would also prefer it to be in C #.
Take a look at ASPOSE.NET Total and TXTextControl .NET.
I think you can find here: http://www.codeproject.com/KB/cs/sertf2pdf.aspx ; and maybe here: www.novapdf.com/kb/convert-word-to-pdf-microsoft-office-word-documents-to-pdf-208.html.
See PDF Conversion Services . It provides everything in a modern and convenient SDK for web services. Everything is self-sufficient, there is no need for IIS.
Sample C # code can be found here .
You checked win32ole to convert a Microsoft document to PDF
Check the saveas command on the Win32ole document object. You can save the MS Office document (doc / xls / PPT) as a PDf
