Receiving data on TV / reference data

Question

Does anyone know how to programmatically receive television listings for a specific time zone? Is there a service I can subscribe to?

The search for teletext APIs has promising results, but I don’t think you will find free, for better or for worse.

As far as I was looking, the only viable solution I found was this:

They provide a public API that is fully and regularly updated, but does not depend on the time zone.

I am afraid that what you ask is too specific. Maybe you should create it yourself ?;)

You can contact the Zapping.io team. They have an API for television programming with metadata (actors, plots, posters and ratings).
