How to enable Client Information Manager (CIM) in Authorize.net?

When I store credit card information in the customer information manager, the error message "Customer information manager E00044 is not enabled" is displayed. How to solve this problem?

This means that CIM is not activated for this account. If this is an active account, you need to register with CIM. If this is a developer account, you need to activate it in the control panel.

CIM costs $ 20 / month for a real account. You can easily enable it from the left menu on the toolbar.

If you want to include CIM in your test account, make sure you sign up for the "Card Not Present" type from here .

Useful link for the developer. Click here .

If this is your test account, you can send an email to Developer Support to activate CIM for your test account. If this is an active account, it can be purchased through the control panel.

Log in to authorize.net, click on it in the left part of the "Customer Information Management" search, read the page and click to add an amount of $ 20 / month to your account.
