What is a TextMate theme?

Question

Can someone tell me which syntax highlighting theme is used here?

Jamie Rumbelov and Elliot Hogen both seem to use it. It looks very good, and I asked both of them, but with benefit, they do not answer.

Looks like this one , commonly called the "last TextMate theme you'll need." I use it myself, and I like it quite a bit.
