What is a good Manual / Guide class in LaTeX?

I am writing a guide / guide for our intranet using LaTeX.

I am wondering if there are classes designed for this purpose? The search returns results, which are a guide to using LaTeX.

In particular, I want to use hint fields, etc. (floating boxes in the manual, in which there is a short hint or some such thing). I find how they stand out from the rest of the text really attracts the attention of readers.

Perhaps there is a more readable less complicated way around this using the standard class of a book or article?

Asking this question, I came across the bclogo package. The documentation here is in French.

The package seems to be able to create very nice windows, allowing the user to use a standard class of books.
