Suggested Replication Type?

I have two identical tables on different servers, the data in certain columns can only be changed by server A, and the data in other columns can only be changed by server B.

However, I need these tables to always be consistent (1 minute chart). Is this scenario relational "Transactional Replication with Renewable Subscriptions"?

YE, renewable subscriptions allow this, but this is an obsolete feature :

This feature will be removed in a future version of Microsoft SQL Server. Avoid using this feature in new developments and plan to modify applications that are currently using this feature.
