Good Ways to Use CSS in Visual Studio

Question

I searched a lot here and did not find anything impressive in using CSS in Visual Studio. Many people say, but not on purpose.

But I just want to know if there are any simple ways to manage CSS and collaboration with ASP.NET pages, etc. in VS. To date, Theming is not discussed.

I gladly accept advice on any tools, technologies and methodologies that can be used to make life easier.
