I was wondering if someone already used these three technologies together. I know that Erlang and Comet are widely used, buy, I can not find anything related to Comet + Membase or Erlang + Membase. For some reason, they create a bad idea together?
I am researching using Freemind to compare ideas about these three technologies (Erlang, Membase, and Comet). Since I'm new to the three, I'm not sure if they are good combinations.
Basically, the application that I mean will have a lot of clients ("clients A") sending small amounts of data to the server. The server needs to save this data as soon as possible and send it on request to another set of clients ("clients B"), where clients B are much smaller than clients A.
This application is just an idea that I had for a while (nothing new, it has already been done), but I would like to experiment with Erlang and Comet, and they seem to be suitable.
If anyone can give me some clues, I would really appreciate it. This is my first question on this site, this is my discovery. If so, please let me know and I will send it to another place.
