What is the difference between "Source Files" and "Include Path" in a PHP project in NetBeans?

Source files are files that you write as part of your project.

The include path contains files that will be scanned for autocomplete and prompts as you type. This is mainly for external libraries that you will use, but source files are automatically included in the inclusion path for autocomplete.
