Enlarge the library .......... pre-built options?

im just installs boost library with installer.

He asks me which options (about 8 options, 6 multi-threaded and 2 single-threaded) I want to install. Im only setting this to grab and have practice with a boost, so im unsure?

Also, how can I use libraries from VS02010 after they β€œinstalled” them using the installer?

Boost documentation is your friend. Reading information on how to get started on Windows will save you a lot of time.

Most libraries are header-only . You can use them by simply including the correct headers, as described in separate library documents. If you want to use any of them that you do not need, you will need to create your own libraries or install those that are supplied in advance . This is what your question relates to. So you really have to answer your own question - what is your target platform and you need to support multi-threaded programming? if in doubt, install them all and use the ones you need in each case.

To use Boost libraries after they are installed or created, simply include the appropriate library in your project linker options , as with any other static library.
