Remember, never rely on “freezing” because there is no hover on touch devices like iPhone or iPad.
Also, for the video tag, remember that you need to use H264 encoded video (the only format supported by Apple) and you better not use the poster attribute if you need it to work on iPhone without OS 4 (this was an old mistake now fixed).
