Safari Browser - Mac vs Windows vs iOS

Can someone tell me what is the difference between testing Safari 5 on Windows and Mac? Are there any significant changes in the way the page is displayed between windows and Mac for the same version of Safari? If I test the page in Windows Safari, can I expect the page to work exactly the same in Mac Safari if the Safari version matches?

Minor, but there are subtle differences, it is difficult to list them, since I think it will depend on html / css and version.

I noticed slight differences on one of my sites in the past, but since I cannot remember the details, I found another example that someone has documented.

In any case, I was convinced that the differences that I saw were too subtle to fully test each release on each machine (the budget is small!), Only with major changes.

For example, the slight difference is that the iOS version will not allow you to automatically launch any media (audio or video) in your html5 player, while the versions for Windows and Mac.

I notice that in safari for safari and Mac safari, when we select an image in safari for windows, it does not appear as a preview, but in Mac safari. Its display as a preview before downloading. Reader api file does not support blog type.
