TeamCity: error updating VCS

Hey guys, I have problems with VCS working in a team. I am using perforce and TC-Server should be configured correctly, but when I start the project I get an error message:

[Updating sources: server-side verification ...] Error applying the patch: could not change the text file: C: \ Projects \ BuildSrv7 ... C: \ Projects \ BuildSrv7 .. (Access denied)

I checked the settings and everyone has full rights in the directory.

And the idea of ​​what to do, or how can this happen?

Ok, solved the problem. In my case, it was a bug with Clientmapping configuration.

By default, Teamcity was "//depot/...//team-city-agent/ .." I changed it to "// depot /...// team-city-agent / ..." with 3 points at the end and it worked. This is a common 3-point usage method.
